Any 3 cheers for me? (jkjk) Alright, although the W4 Primary Student Leaders Camp is just over for 1 hour ++! I am still having the camp fever, and wanna cheer, and cheer.

Reported to Hua Yi Secondary @ about 6:50 am,  which I heard what the few of us (the Guest Facilitator), was attending their Second Pre Training camp. Their environment there was absolutely good, they are organized in such a way that you will be admiring at them. :P.

Apart from the school, their council, etc & etc, what they are unique at was the mass dance!! Their theme, moves, are designed not only to fit the Primary Student Leaders, but to all of the facilitators too!! It took me quite a while to know a few of the Hua Yi councillors, but the experience was definitely great, as for their cheers, some of it are their own creations, while some are quite similar to Yuan Ching's updated cheers (which we familiarize it very fast). You can notice though minority are not from the school there, however, we cheer, move, lunch, plan as a team. Completed the whole pre training camp, and my mum rang me out!!

YCSS Meet-the-parent session Sec 4 & 5Ns/ 2E/2NA

Ok, I bought an album which few of my favourite song are in there, and went back home for a nap. Then a few of them called me, and gave me different timings for duty, which we standardised our meeting time, and weibin  was the last to arrive. XPP

Comparing the two day duties, the Sec 4 & 5Ns one was a better one for me, as the one on yesterday was not very smoothly to me. That is when I see HongZheng taking out camera and shoot at the councillors, I think that's Lambo's fault?? We were having a great time, as all of us enjoyed our duty, and not very noisy nor very SAFE!!! Weibin's duty area the light just went off suddenly, thank goodness the school is not that big, or else we will have a hard time to find him. Hahaz. Ok my result are out, shall I list it for your one by one? Never mind, just the ranking will do. 10(0.7)/40 = Class Ranking  (120*10)+2 /120= Overall Level Ranking.

I didn't plan my time well, causing overstudy, and almost fall during the exam period.... The most unlucky thing was that my father tick the wrong column on the m-t-p consent form, and my name was not on the white board last night, which I felt so guilty or whatsoever.

Best Facilitator??         - Every one of us!!!

Young Leaders are really beyond our teenage leaders imagination, at first during the cheers that we taught, we only managed to get a few of them to cheer, however, when they are playing game, their voice can be so high that, the sound's still echoing when you cover your ears.

Few of them just make me laugh, as they do funny actions. Two days really flies, now they have went back to their respective schools, if I have a chance to visit them again, I will!!!

Amazing race- They run yesterday, the run the day before(i think), they run again today like they never run before, they can beat us if they have the determination. That's what leaders are for, am I right, leaders out there?? No matter how tough they are to me, they possesses leadership, teamwork, and determination. I remember few of the campers name, like, Farhan, Andre, Adrian, KaWei, Yasmin, Shania, Sabrina, Danisyah, Amanda, Anita, and the rest can't recall for the moment. (sorry!!)

Campfire, they cheer like what we did, they don't mind doing the same cheer with us repeatedly, which I discovered another spirit in them, toleration !! This camp, have brought happiness to all of us, at the same time, letting facilitators and student leaders to know where we lies, and where we need to improve on, for the benefit of our student/ school body.

Two sentences for today!!

The best leader is actually once the best follower, like wise, if you are the best in following, you will be a fine/best leader one day!!

Once you are appointed as a leader, it's a lifelong thing in you, you are a leader, nothing could ever change the fact. Someone asked me, when you quit, that's the solution right?

NO!! You may not be recognized officially as a leader, but the characteristics (Toleration, Determination etc.) still inside in you, this is like studying, it will be totally impossible to escape out of your brain once you've attained the things you want.
